Personalised one to one sessions

One on one personal training sessions give you dedicated time and expertise and the option to train in your own personal space. My personal training sessions are focussed around mobility, strength and cardiovascular exercise encompassing a range of techniques. With regular progress reviews and support to keep you motivated and focussed on reaching your goals. Training sessions integrate a variety of methods and techniques to keep you stimulated. I always ensure all training sessions are beneficial to you, focussed but also fun. You can choose to train outside in one of the parks in Amersham or in the comfort of your own home.
