Core Fit
Monday 7.00am -7.30am
Zoom Online Class
30 minute class targeting ab, glute and deep core muscles combined with cardio intervals. A fast and effective workout to burn fat and improve core strength and stability. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Hiit & Pilates
Monday 9.00am-10.00am
Group Exercise Class
Barn Meadow, Amersham Old Town, Bucks
A 30 minute Hiit class with Lyndsay focussing on achieving a full body workout that will build strength and burn fat. Followed by 30 minutes of Pilates with Sarah from Strength and Glow Pilates. Pilates will focus on joint and spine mobility, core strength (including pelvic floor), flexibility, posture and lengthening and strengthening key muscles.
