Challenging, fun and friendly fitness classes in Amersham

Our fitness classes are aimed at all levels of fitness. We offer a mixture of both online and outdoor exercise classes. Workout in a relaxed and friendly environment and gain motivation as a group. Whether you want to loose weight, improve mobility, increase fitness levels or tone up our classes have it covered.

Core Fit

30 minute class targeting ab, glute and deep core muscles combined with cardio intervals. A fast and effective workout to burn fat and improve core strength and stability. Suitable for all fitness levels.

ZOOM ONLINE CLASS
Monday 7.00am – 7.30am

50/50 HiiT & Pilates

A 30 minute Hiit class with Lyndsay focussing on achieving a full body workout that will build strength and burn fat. Followed by 30 minutes of Pilates with Sarah which will focus on joint and spine mobility, core strength (including pelvic floor), flexibility, posture and lengthening and strengthening key muscles.

Full Body Blast

A high energy fun 45 minute class combining cardio, core and strength exercises using a range of equipment. Increase your fitness levels, build strength, burn calories and get in to shape fast. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Strength & Conditioning

Improve strength and conditioning using a variety of training methods and equipment. Tone your whole body and improve your overall fitness whilst having fun in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Suitable for all fitness levels, babies and toddlers welcome.

Circuit Fit

A challenging and fun circuits based fitness class. Increase your fitness levels, tone up your whole body and build strength with this high intensity, calorie busting workout. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Cardio Hiit

A full body workout that aimed to build fitness and tone your body. Cardio Hiit is the perfect combination of  cardio and strength exercises combined with boxing and pad work. Get a great full body workout, increase fitness levels, muscle mass and stamina in this fun fat burning class. Suitable for all fitness levels.
